Billing Operations Associate
The role of the Global Billing Services team is to provide first-class billing services to multinational customers globally for various innovative telecom products. Timeliness, quality of billing and customer satisfaction are our main goals. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to work independently in fast-growing environment and contribute to an exciting billing transformation project.
What will you do:

Ensure timeliness and quality of billing of a pre-defined customer portfolio

Liaising with multiple parties (e.g. service and sales managers, technical teams, local markets, external partners)

Identify, analyse issues necessary for query resolution
-
Perform validation activities at all steps of the billing cycle
-
Act as a single point of contact and manage billing queries by taking proactive ownership of issues (assign priority, owner, timescales) and drive resolution

Tariff and Call Detail Record analysis

Manage changes, customer account provisioning and reconciliation activities on different billing platforms
-
Identify areas for improvement in internal processes along with solutions
This position is for you if you have:

Fluency in English is a must
-
1-3 years relevant experience in multinational/SSC environment

Ability to work independently, own complex queries and make decision
-
Excellent communication and organizing skills and analytical attitude
-
Knowledge in excel is required (e.g. formulas, pivot tables)
-
Experience in billing or in telco environment is an advantage
-
International experience and cultural sensitivity
