Who you are

You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You have the following skills, knowledge, capabilities

You have active student status in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, or Health Sciences (i.e. Medicine, Pharma) or related studies
Have a savviness in digital tools, processes, but most importantly the desire to make a difference in patient’s lives
You are familiar with project management basics and have a savviness to data analytics
You are eager to try new challenges
You are an excellent communicator (in Hungarian & English)
Selection process

Roche Hungary is looking for a Trainee (or even more talents) who will rotate between Pharma and Diagnostics division, who is dedicated and enthusiastic about how we can make an impact on Healthcare in general and the Healthcare in Hungary.  This opportunity will give you the chance to make a difference!

In this position you will join our Medical, Health Value Center, Commercial team or either join one of our partner functions, then you will rotate into our other division (based on business priorities) which will provide you with the unique opportunity to make an impact.

In this role you will have a mentor from our Leadership teams, will gain unique skills to work in a transforming organization and learn about agility in action.

Your main tasks will be and you will be involved in the following projects (as examples)

Join a disease area Squad and participate in creating educational process for Doctors and Healthcare providers about a brand new product that raises life expectancy
provide data analysis about our Laboratory technology to better serve our customers, hospitals
Driving our New Engagement model: digital collaboration with our top partners.
Your next rotation will be according to our business needs in line with your development interests.
