HR Services Intern position!
Based in Miskolc
What kind of tasks will you have?
• Supporting the employees of Vodafone Hungary in HR related queries from Miskolc
• Keeping in touch with colleagues mostly via email
• Maintaining HR related documents e.g. employee contracts, sick leave papers
• Preparing the needed documents for the employee onboarding process
• Helping the HR Services Team in labour law related ad-hoc tasks
We have been searching for you, if you
• Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming year at a Hungarian University
• Are self-confident in Hungarian and English communication as well
• Have a basic knowledge in MS Office programs, especially in Excel functions
• Are interested in HR and labour law, and it’s an advantage if you have experience in this field
• Can communicate easily, but you are not afraid of monotonous tasks
What you can expect from us is
• Flexible work schedule with 20-30 hours/week
• 1200 HUF/ hour (NET)

• Six-month long Internship position which helps you to gain knowledge about the processes of a multinational company
